DID Electrical Swords (2023)

We had some difficulty with a new Bosch washing machine - it didn't work properly with the water pressure in the connection in our utility room - it comes from the header tank rather than the mains and it turns out newer Bosch models need connecting to mains pressure. Stephen and Eoin were extremely helpful and arranged for a swap with a Samsung machine which works fine with the pressure. Review is overdue - transaction was in 2021.

Ordered a new washing machine and had it delivered a few days later. The installer was very helpful and friendly and gave me quick tips on how to use the machine properly

Stuck in lockdown needing a HDMI cable, DID swords opposite the hotel but unable to leave. A few phone calls later and Lucy & Joseph had managed to sort it and get somebody to bring it over to the hotel for me, fantastic service going the extra mile!

Your salesman working on Friday circa midday who dealt with my return of an Epson printer and exchange for a HP was extremely helpful. I regret I did not spot his name but he was engaging, obliging and the epitomy of high quality customer service. His professional approach contrasts sharply with those of other companies and will make it far more likely I will shop at DID in the future.

Always friendly, knowledgeable staff. Will go out of their way to help answer your questions and will research the query, if they don't know the answer. Excellent service from a trusted Irish firm. My go-to firm for household electricals. Have never had a problem dealing with them, over many years.

Went to get a refrigerator and was informed quickly on which was the best for money and size. Overall very helpful and kind staff I definitely would return.

It was a really good experience. We were searching for very specific wireless earphones, which we couldn't find anywhere in the shop. A very nice, young sales assistant came to our rescue. He knew exactly what we were looking for. There was only one box left and it was kept outside the shop in some extra room, because the box had been opened. Luckily, all the parts were there. The sales assistant went to the manager and asked him for some discount for us, because the box had been opened and it was the last one. We got 10 euro off. DiD for me is always a pleasant experience.

We got served very quickly and in a very friendly manner. The sales representative has been very professional and honest. We definitely consider this as our main base for buying small and large appliances

A great electrical store the staff have tons of knowledge and expertise which makes shopping there really easy (my oven broke) so I went straight there within a few minutes I'd been shown the whole range picked the one I wanted paid for it and had it brought out to my car with the minimum of fuss exactly what you want when something unexpected happened

Of all DID shops this is the best there guys know what they are doing maybe because of competition from Harvey, Currys & Powercity in the vicinity. DID in Finglas do not have competition and it shows I wouldn't buy a plug top from here. Any who the swords outlet is the business they know their stuff and will haggle.

I was really looked after with getting my smart tv, Paul Casey and Adam oreilly were extremely helpful. I will definitely be shopping here and recommend DID to anyone looking for tech
