Fair price. Absolutely excellent customer service. Anna in the Blanchardstown shop attended to me and she's a very lovely person... Patient, pleasant and customer friendly. I got my iPhone and laptop from there and I'm loving them.I'll definitely visit the store again!

I was looking at tablets and printers today in DID. Was served by Daniel, who has to have been the most friendly, helpful and informative sales person I've dealt with this Christmas. Top class service. So much nicer dealing with an Irish company than the big multinational chain stores. 5 Star and an extra thumbs up

Great customer service at DID Blanchardstown. Particular thank you to Andre who really went the extra mile and helped us get sorted when our fridge broke and installation was booked up. Such a contrast to the customer service in other electrical stores I tried.

Really great experience with one of the workers Adam. Adam was knowledgeable and very willing to help - offering advice and going above and beyond.I didn’t end-up buying the TV for other reasons but this is a good start for going to DID as this was my first time there.

Got new coffee machine. Served quickly. Lovely staff. I like the security guard he has same sense of humour as me and had great chat with him. Looking forward to going in here again.

Was in for a look around as heard they had electric heated jackets. Didn't buy due to not having correct size but not holding that against them. Lad I talked to seemed knowledgeable and was polite. Happily recommend

I was looking for an electronic scooter for my teenage son and I had the pleasure of dealing with Emma she was fantastic helped me look through the options available and filter to what I needed thank you I really appreciate your help and would definitely recommend your services

I received a delivery today from Finbar Norton at my new flat of various white goods items including a new cooker and hob, washer/dryer and microwave. Finbar was extremely helpful and friendly, and installed/tested all the new items, whilst also removing the old items that were inherited from the prior owners. I would like to thank and commend Finbar for all his assistance and delivery of service today.

Great range of electrical appliances and at much lower prices than the other electrical stores. Staff know what their talking about and can advise on energy ratings. Loads of free parking all week long. Great offers on TVs right now and on ovens.

Staff are very helpful. Lovely girl assisted me in buying 2 tablets. Will definitely be shopping here again

Excellent customer service from Alan (young man). He helped me figure out how to charge my JBL boombox. Will definitely be back if I have any other problems, he made it a funny experience.

I think Did has better deals than harvey sometimes. But is great overall. The customer sevice is brilliant. But thats where harvery norman wins.

The sales rep here in this store was absolutely fantastic he knew his stuff and no pressure at all to purchae . He showd us various tvs and compared specifications on each TV. We ended up purchase a 50 inch TV and a wall bracket from this shop as the sales rep was excellent

I got electric applicances and found the prices to be very good. Found the staff very friendly and helpful. My requested delivery date was available. I have since received my delivery goods and they do contact well in advance to let you know they are on their way. I have dealt with this store before and their after customer service is excellent.

Hello!I was in DID Blanchardstown the other day looking for Galaxy Buds. I would just like to say that the customer service in Blanchardstown is superb. I received helpful information and guidance from your Staff member Aidan. He was very helpful and not too pushy. He gave me good advice and showed me how to correctly sync the galaxy buds to my iPhone.The only problem that I found was that the products for cases were too far spread out but other than that the shop was clean and very tidy and the staff over all were well educated in the products.Highly recommend DID Blanchardstown

I was really pleased to get so much help and information when purchasing a Dyson v8 cord free vacuum. The sales assistant demonstrated how to use it and allowed us to get familiar with how to use it also. He was also most helpful advising us re a dishwasher, even giving us name of a plumber. I would certainly go there again when purchasing anything electrical Irene

Amazing customer service from the staff, I was blown away by how helpful they are in DID Blanchardstown.

They have relatively ok prices and they do price match but they don't have any other offers you can use. So it's probably a good idea to shop around as some places have multiple offers that you can stack on top of price match.

Prefer DID in Airside. Staff here were okay but not at all enthusiastic. DID in Airside is another kettle of fish - enthusiastic staff who give detailed product advice. So I bought half of my appliances in Harvey Norman & the other half in DID Airside.

Excellent Range of Appliances.Staff not pushy ,but helpful .Always Shop here because we got a Steam Iron here ;it had problems; but was instantly replaced on the spot with no quibble.!

Best place to buy electrical appliances. Comparing to other stores where I received a very rude welcome, Did was completely different and were very receptive.

Fairly good selection of home electronics and accessories.. More aimed at kitchen and living room areas but good selection none the less. Would return for sure.
